Peter Eldridge is one of my favorite singers and composers on the planet. I’ve been a fan of his music for years, so it was a great thrill when he asked me to record on his latest album. I played on Peter’s gorgeous song, “Looking Forward to Looking Back” and an intimate trio version of the jazz standard, “Some Other Time,” which features the bassist Matt Aronoff and myself accompanying Peter. Ben Whitman did a fantastic job producing the album; the sounds and orchestrations are amazing! The album also includes some great playing from Anat Cohen and Alan Hampton, as well as incredible vocals from Jo Lawry, Laila Biali, Lauren Kinhan, Becca Stevens, and Janis Seigal!
