Michael is a terrific tenor saxophonist and the word’s nicest guy. He assembled a close group of musical collaborators for this session and the music represents that well. This album was recorded at Word of Mouth Studio in New Orleans and features some great playing from Brian Coogan, Brian Seeger, Simon Lott, and Mark Diflorio .
