This was a memorable recording session. Adam brought the band out to Paul Wickliffe’s beautiful Skyline Studios in rural New Jersey for an epic weekend of recording. The result is this unique two CD set. The first disc features nine of Adam’s compositions and the second disc is all “free” playing. Adam had two drummers (Rohin Khemani and Greg Ritchie), two bassists (Matt Brewer and Chris Higgins) plus the virtuosic Estonian pianist Kristjan Randalu. In between studio days we hung at Adam’s childhood home and laughed more than I can ever remember laughing in my life. The music on this album really reflects the great vibe from that fun weekend!
